Oh what a game! Yesterday was my first college football game ever! I had MUSS tickets last year, but somehow managed to not go to a single game. I figured that joining the MUSS this year would be a waste of the little money I had at the time. For a while, I didn't regret that decision, but as the season went on, I got more and more into it. A while ago I decided I would go to this game. So I took it off of work way in advance and started bugging Nadia to give me her extra MUSS ticket. And, I prevailed and went to the game with Ryan and Aneisha.
I must be honest....I went in to the game expecting to lose. Of course I didn't want to lose, but going off of our performance over the past couple of weeks, and BYU's, I thought they would manage to take us down. And, for the majority of the game, it looked like that would be the case! To be honest, part of me feels like we didn't completely deserve the win. I think we just got lucky. But, you know what, who cares? WE WON!!!!!
I'd say it was a pretty good game for my first taste of college football. Other than my frozen feet, it was way fun. I could have done with a few thousand less people in the stadium, but it added to the experience I guess. The field rushing after the game was insane, though! I tried jumping over the rail, but there were so many people shoving to get to the field I ended up getting pushed. I somewhat caught myself, though, and it was a blast. It was just an amazing experience! Whether you're a Ute or Cougar fan, or neither, I recommend attending the Holy War in the next two years because you might never get the chance again!

You know.... there was a call that was called wrong... had it been reviewed and called correctly the right team would have won.. ;) GO BYU!!!!
When jose makes the team... i'm going to have a hard time at that game.
Hmmmm.... I can't say I disagree with you. But, at least the best team ended up winning :)
