Drop It Like It's Hot

Well, so much for updating, huh?  But, it wasn't entirely my fault this time.  My mom decided to reprogram our internet connection, but forgot to find out how to connect the rest of the computers, so I didn't really have much internet access for a while.  Then, this past week I had a little media fast, so basically, I had zero access.

Anyway, I can't really even remember what I did before I started my media fast, so I won't really talk about that.  I guess I should maybe explain about my media fast.  It'll be out of order, but that's okay.  So today I got my patriarchal blessing, which was...well, a blessing!  I don't really want to go into any details on here about it.  But, yeah, I decided that I wanted to prepare myself for it by going to a different temple every day the week before (Salt Lake, Ogden, Mount Timpanogos, Jordan River, Draper, Bountiful) and my patriarch decided I would be dong a media fast.  It was hard, but I think it was good for me.

Umm, so I guess the furthest thing I can really remember was going to play volleyball on Monday.  If anybody wants to go play sand volleyball, do NOT go in the middle of the day.  We all got so hot, and the sand was ridiculous.  We had to dig craters just to keep our feet from burning.  My feet hurt so bad, but we still played soccer barefoot on the grass after.  I must say, it was pretty fun!  I think I want to try to get some people and do it again, just maybe more in the evening.

I think that's it.  I'll try to keep some good stuff to put in my next post.  We'll see if I can manage it!
